St. John the Apostle School campus consists of two brick buildings: the main building and the annex. The main building has three floors which house the kindergarten through fifth grades, a computer lab, library, health room, music room, medical office, gymnasium with stage, cafeteria with kitchen, administrative offices, conference room, teachers' lounge and before/after care room. In addition to the aforementioned facilities, the church and chapel are in this building.
The annex building is two stories and houses grades six through eight, an art/Spanish room, Early Childhood center and teachers' lounge.
Located between the main building and annex is the Union County Education Services Commission trailer. The property adjacent to the school contains a newly renovated fenced-in playground.
A new communication system has been established. A security system has been installed with video cameras for entrance into the main building. Each classroom is now equipped with a phone which has access to 911, as well as to all rooms on the school campus.
